The KSD Group provided project management services for three separate contracts between the developer and contractor. Built under an agreement with the Culver City Redevelopment Agency and the developer, the projects included a Pacific Theatre twelve-screen “state of the-art” cinema, six retail shops with a separate Trader Joe’s build-out, and a city town park with an interactive fountain.

The schedules for these three projects were intertwined and interdependent.

KSD assisted in the coordination of the separate contracts. Despite having several master subcontractors fail to perform and terminating their work on site, KSD was able to facilitate the completion of work and open the theatres and shops on time.
